Meet Beth
I’ve always had a passion for design and creating spaces that feel warm, beautiful, and inviting. My friends and family are always eager to see what I’ve changed next in my home or how I’ve styled the many different houses I’ve lived in over the years. For me, design has never just been about decorating — it’s about making a house feel like home.
One of my fondest memories was during our very first simple remodel many years ago. My oldest son came home from kindergarten, looked around, and said, “I like your new house, Mommy!” The funny part was that all I had done was rearrange a few knickknacks and move some furniture around. Even then, I realized how much joy small changes could bring. For many years, I poured my heart into a busy career as a massage therapist and spa owner, which didn’t leave much time to explore my love for design professionally. But now, with two amazing grown sons and this new season of life, I’m finally taking the leap and following a passion that has always been part of who I am. I take pride in refurbishing pieces, mixing old with new, and creating beautiful spaces on a budget — because let’s face it, after a move or a new build, that’s often reality. At the same time, I believe in the occasional splurge when it comes to a timeless piece or statement focal point that truly transforms a room. If you know me, you know rugs and bedding are my weaknesses. I love changing them out, layering patterns, and mixing patterns and textures to create spaces that feel fresh, cozy, and full of personality. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m fortunate to have talented sons whose businesses complement mine. My oldest son specializes in electrical and plumbing work and owns a moving business, while my youngest manages his family’s fifth-generation furniture store. I love being able to recommend trusted family professionals to help my clients bring their homes together from start to finish. At Timber and Tone, I bring passion, creativity, and real-life practicality to every project — helping others create homes they love, no matter the budget or style.
